*  Full set option includes 20-24 nails (2 of each size).

Note; Accent nail design tips may not fit on the fingers you’d like due to the size they are designed on in the full set. For example, if you’d like an accent nail on your ring finger and the ‘full-set’ comes with an accent nail in a different size to your ring finger.

For Standard Preset Size sets and Custom-made sets.

*  Refer to ‘How to Measure’.

The Nail Escape accepts no responsibility due to incorrect nail sizes ordered. I recommend ordering an ‘Order Form Sample Sizing Kit’ or choose the ‘Full Set’ option if you are not sure how to measure your nails with our ‘I want that Perfect Fit’ illustration guide

  1. Wash hands thoroughly.
  2. Choose a Press on Nail for each finger, ensuring it fits perfectly sidewall to sidewall.
  3. Push back cuticles, lightly buff the entire nail surface and file the free edge.
  4. Wipe nail beds and inside the tips with alcohol swabs, or nail polish remover (acetone).
  5. For a few days wear, nail glue tabs may be applied inside the tip or on your nailbed.
  6. For two-three weeks wear apply a small dab of glue slightly below your cuticle and a small dab of glue inside the tip to avoid glue seeping out the sidewalls.
  7. Place the tip at a 45° angle without touching the cuticle ensuring it’s straight.
  8. Press down firmly for approximately 10 – 15 seconds to adhere and eliminate air bubbles.

A small dab of glue goes a long way as it will disperse when you press your tip onto your nail bed. You want to avoid seepage but enough glue to eliminate air bubbles.

If the tip has glue residue inside, file or buff the residue away and follow ‘application’ steps to re-apply your tip.

*  Refer to ‘Removal’ video or source many demonstration videos on youtube.

  1. Apply cuticle oil, coconut oil, olive oil or baby oil to allow it to seep between your nails and the tips for 5 – 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare a bowl of warm-hot water (not too hot), add a teaspoon of oil and a few drops of   handwash (like Morning Fresh) and soak your nails for 5 – 10 minutes.
  3. By using the pointed end of the cuticle stick, try to very gently separate the tip from your nailbed. Repeat soaking nails if necessary, avoid forcing the tips off your nails.
  4. Dry your hands, gently buff your nails and apply cuticle oil or moisturiser.

Acetone Removal (for glued on tips only)

  1. File or buff the topcoat of the tips to allow acetone to absorb into the tips.
  2. Prepare a bowl of Acetone.
  3. Soak nails for 10 – 15 minutes in the acetone.
  4. Gently remove tips with cuticle pusher (acetone will damage the tips).
  5. Gently buff your nails, apply cuticle oil or moisturiser.

Yes, however if you have glued on your tips, it may take longer soaking off your press-on nails unless you use acetone.
